Arpio

Arpio is a disaster recovery (DR) platform built specifically for Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments. The company provides automated recovery solutions that address data, infrastructure, and configuration recovery in a unified approach, ensuring that recovered environments are fully functional rather than partially restored.

Arpio targets organizations running workloads on AWS that need a reliable DR strategy without the overhead of building and maintaining custom recovery solutions. The platform is designed to reduce the complexity typically associated with DR runbooks, allowing engineering teams to avoid dedicating significant time to manual recovery planning and execution.

A core aspect of Arpio's offering is its ability to recover from incidents such as ransomware attacks and cloud outages within hours rather than weeks. The platform handles the full spectrum of AWS workloads, covering not just data backup but also the infrastructure and configuration layers necessary for a complete, operational recovery environment.

Arpio positions itself as an AWS-native solution, deeply integrated with AWS services rather than operating as a generic multi-cloud tool. This specialization allows the platform to address the specific complexities of AWS disaster recovery scenarios. The solution is intended to simplify DR processes, reducing the need for custom-built tooling while providing organizations with tested, repeatable recovery capabilities.
