It integrates directly with PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools or uses email alerting to route only actionable backup failures to technicians. Backup Radar supports Recovery Point Objective (RPO) mapping, allowing MSPs to track whether backups meet the defined recovery thresholds for each client. Scheduling can be customized per client to reflect their individual SLA requirements. The platform includes reporting capabilities that produce client-facing, branded reports summarizing backup health and compliance status.
