Level 2 conducts in-depth incident investigations to assess penetration depth, data theft, and code modifications, executing threat mitigation and containment activities. Level 3 performs data correlation and compares incidents against global, territorial, and sectoral attack trends to proactively adjust protection levels and alarm thresholds. The service includes Smart Assessment capabilities that begin with asset inventory of hardware and software, security analysis of infrastructure and ICT services, and compliance posture evaluation. Following the assessment, a detailed report is provided to management with agreed-upon risk management actions and incident response planning. Mead SOC operates 24/7 and provides real-time alerts for newly discovered vulnerabilities. The service covers multiple technology domains including Information Technology, Operational Technology, Internet of Things, and Internet of Medical Things. Technical support is available both remotely and on-site for functionality issues, software and hardware updates and configuration, and system violations.
