Proactive services include IR plan review, tabletop exercises, cybersecurity readiness assessments, threat hunting training, and IR monitoring. Incident Response retainers are available with flexible service hour packages for both emergency response and readiness planning. Digital forensics capabilities include forensic imaging and analysis, digital forensics investigations, evidence seizure with chain-of-custody and secure storage, investigative reporting, and courtroom testimony. The team maintains PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO, and NIST CSF compliance experience for sensitive investigations. The CIRT operates 24x7x365 with both onsite and remote capabilities. Engagements include 30 days of endpoint monitoring via Critical Start's Zero-Trust Analytics Platform (ZTAP). Team members hold over 35 collective certifications, including GIAC credentials, and have backgrounds in federal law enforcement, the Department of Defense, and intelligence agencies.
