## What does XFA do?

XFA is the modern IT security platform for fast-growing tech companies that want their teams productive and their data secure, without hiring IT.

Most device security was built for companies with an IT department that owns every laptop. Fast-growing tech companies usually have neither. Security lands on the CTO’s desk, and people work on their own laptops or as contractors. XFA is made for how these teams work.

Everyone keeps working on the device they already use, whether it is company-issued, personal or a contractor’s. XFA checks that each laptop and phone is secure every time someone signs in to work apps. XFA takes no control of the device and needs no admin rights, so personal devices stay personal. When a check fails, the person using the device fixes it themselves from the XFA app, in one click or with a step-by-step guide. Security work stays off the CTO’s desk and people stay productive.

How it works:

- Live in about 15 minutes: connect XFA to your identity provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, OneLogin, Ping Identity or Keycloak) as an MFA method or external IdP.
- People install the XFA app themselves at their first sign-in. Onboarding new colleagues runs automatically.
- You decide when XFA warns and when it blocks an insecure device, and can test policies without locking anyone out.
- Works on macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.

What you get:

- Full visibility from day one over every device that accesses your business tools.
- Up to 26 device security checks, plus known vulnerabilities (CVE) on operating systems and browsers.
- Device evidence for ISO 27001, SOC2 and customer security reviews, exported to compliance platforms like Vanta.
- Integrations with SentinelOne, Intune and Aikido, plus Slack and Teams alerts.
